Weslee Knapp

Weslee is President and Broker of Keller Knapp, Inc. Along with managing the company, Weslee uses his management consulting skills to work with buyers and sellers of residential, multi-family, and commercial property. He was previously a management consultant. He has worked for Coopers & Lybrand, PwC, and IBM in consulting, and he has consulted for numerous Fortune 500 companies. Weslee is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and Urban Land Institute, He is also President of the Board for Olmsted Linear Park Alliance and President of the Board for Community Friendship. Weslee is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering. Weslee consistently ranks in the top 10 agents in Metro Atlanta.

Matt Mason

Matt Mason started his career at Ernst and Young’s management consulting practice, now known as Capgemini. Matt’s commercial real estate experience began at Novare Group where he served as Development Manager for new condominium projects prior to the Great Recession. Matt ventured on his own in 2014 after spending 7 years at Legacy Property Group, one of Atlanta’s best known entrepreneurial developers. At Legacy Property Group, Matt served as Director of Development and Operations and was a member of the company’s 6 person senior leadership team. Matt earned an Industrial Engineering degree at Georgia Tech in 2001 and an MBA at Emory’s Goizueta Business School in 2007. Matt is the prior Chair of Urban Land Institute’s Center for Leadership and a member of the ULI Atlanta Management Committee. Matt holds his Associate Broker’s license with Keller Knapp Commercial.

Kevin Lynch

Kevin represents investors, developers, and business owners with a specific expertise in greater Atlanta’s historic neighborhoods. Prior to joining Keller Knapp Commercial Real Estate, Kevin served as an in-house project developer, an owner’s representative for a national franchise and a development consultant for non-profit developers and private investors. His first career was as a fundraiser and executive for non-profits.

Ted Blocker, CCIM, CPM

Ted Blocker specializes in multi-family assets and development site brokerage throughout metro Atlanta. He has cultivated a successful career utilizing his extensive knowledge of the intown Atlanta market representing developers and investors.

With Ted’s knowledge of the local municipalities’ zoning ordinances, he has been instrumental in advising clients about entitling land for commercial and multi-family use. Through rigorous analysis, he evaluates the highest and best use for a property which determines its potential value.

Prior to his association with Keller Knapp Commercial, Ted was a principal with Urban Realty Advisors, an acquisitions agent for The Communidades Group, a regional apartment owner/operator. He was the Director of Acquisitions for Capital Development, a tax credit apartment developer in Atlanta and an associate broker for City Realty Advisors, brokering high-density commercial and residential development sites in midtown Atlanta.

Ted holds the professional designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute and Certified Professional Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Darren Comer

Darren is motivated and dedicated to the matching of parties in Real Estate. He takes a practical, no-nonsense approach to deals. He consults with and represents clients in finding the right opportunities and matching properties to their needs and budgets. He will market the sale and deliver optimal exposure of real estate for sale or for lease. He will fearlessly negotiate a deal to obtain the best possible outcomes for his clients. His marketplace knowledge and deal negotiating skills make him an ideal partner for both Residential and Commercial Real Estate. He represents and advises Buyers, Sellers, Tenants, Landlords and Investors. After receiving a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Queen’s University in Belfast, Darren spent several years in the financial capital markets. He has invested in and developed residential and commercial real estate giving him invaluable hands-on perspective. Before focusing on real estate and becoming the co-owner of The Marlay House Restaurant & Pub in Decatur, Darren project managed large-scale international events like the Olympic Games and World Cup Soccer. His entrepreneurial spirit and desire has lead Darren to blend his credentials and experience to guide clients in important economic and very personal real estate transactions. A native of Dublin, Ireland, Darren has made Atlanta home since he moved here to be a part of the 1996 Olympic Games. Since then, he had obtained in-depth knowledge of a variety on in-town neighborhoods. He now calls Decatur home with his wife and three children.

David Downs

David Downs was born & raised in South New Jersey and attended college in New Jersey & the University of New Orleans. A motivated self-starter, David has worked in real estate for over 15 years. From new construction to relocation, David has extended his abilities into all facets of real estate. But these abilities mean nothing without his one guiding motivation–to bring his clients solutions that others hadn’t considered. David believes successful real estate agents can identify value where others fail to see it. He brings each of his clients a keen desire to find creative solutions to their real estate goals. Luretia Dany Craig

Her name is Luretia, but we call her “Dany”? “Where does Dany come from?” Funny story, actually Luretia’s middle name is Danyelle. Her parents wanted boys, and but were blessed with two amazing girls. Hence their nick names Dany and Andy! (Andrea) (We thought it was funny too…lol) Born and raised in Indiana, Dany moved to Atlanta after graduating from Ball State University in 1997 with a degree in Mass Communications. Working for WB36, UPN69, and Viacom/CBS Radio before following her passion to help people through health and wellness as a personal trainer and licensed massage therapist. Expanding on the humanitarian theme, Dany became a licensed agent in the fall of 2014 and has not looked back. Helping families realize their goals of home ownership, she has found her niche! Dany, decided that Red Robin was THE place to call her home, she is ecstatic about the future with her new family.

Trey Newton

With nearly 15 years of commercial and residential construction management experience I have a unique ability to provide pre-sale consulting to maximize your property’s value as well as post-purchase renovation budgeting and guidance. I love new homes but my passion is helping revive and renovate Atlanta’s historic homes and neighborhood eyesores. In my spare time I enjoy flying airplanes and spending time on the family farm.

Randolph Kallenberg

Randolph , a Louisiana native and University of Alabama alumni, brings over 15 years of success as former VP of a natural resources investment firm. He has assembled and managed multiple joint ventures with investments in oil and gas production, as well as real estate, including several multi-family and retail , self storage, and revitalization of two historical buildings in his home town of Shreveport , La. He has seen the entire spectrum of risk vs reward. Todd McLochlin

Todd moved to Atlanta from Indiana after completing his Bachelor’s Degree at Indiana University – Bloomington. “My brother had a couch” was his reasoning for moving to a city he had never been to before. Having lived in several different areas of the city prior to settling down in the Oakhurst neighborhood in Decatur, Todd is familiar with all areas of Metro Atlanta and provides residential and commercial services throughout the region.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Todd spent 12 years overseeing all aspects of the title department for one of the largest real estate law firms in the Southeast. A natural inquisitor and a trained resolver, Shana is passionate about working with owners, investors, and users of commercial real estate to solve business challenges by identifying and leveraging opportunities with land and property sales, acquisitions and development, ground leases, 1031 exchanges, and landlord & tenant representation. Shana uses her extensive business management and consulting background to advise her clients on the positive impacts of the right real estate decisions and how investments in commercial real estate can drive the strength of a community and multi-generational wealth. Before launching her Commercial Real Estate career with Carter Hill Commercial Real Estate Advisors, Shana was an award-winning marketing and communications expert with successes at some of the country’s leading international for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

Shana earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Spelman College and her master’s in Integrated Marketing from Temple University. As a committed community builder, Shana gives back to her community as a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR), ACBR’s Diversity Committee and ACBR’s Student Outreach Committee.
